A work composed of fragments of meaning, a set of disparate elements that combine work through formal and pictorial photograph. A speech that seeks long diatribes but also the impact of an image that generates feelings of familiarity and strangeness. Juan SantiagoUribe, creates his work in what we understand as aesthetics radicant, Tokyo, Medellín, New York, every place is the raw material that is combined to the development of a new meaning. In the case of the work submitted for this exhibition, the scenarios are the old Japanand the indigenous cultures of the border between Colombia and Panama "Embera-Katío". Synchrony disparate realities by taking a new reading, which again reminds us of the concept of radicant artist, multicultural, postmodern and global. Someone who creates in his way, brings its signs and borrows from the world to create devices where the ambiguity goes unnoticed in a plastic combination.
